Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

Premier Liberal Concrete, concreteliberal.com, sales@concreteliberal.com

Accepting these terms

These terms cover your use of the Premier Liberal Concrete website and any concrete work you hire us to do. By using this site, asking for an estimate or booking a job with us, you agree to them.

If a written estimate or job agreement we both sign says something different from these terms, the signed document controls for that job. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the site or book work through it.

What we do

Premier Liberal Concrete is a concrete contractor in Liberal, KS. We pour and finish flatwork, which covers driveways, patios, sidewalks, garage floors and pool decks. We also build steps, retaining walls, footings, foundations and slabs, and we do stamped and decorative concrete, concrete cutting and foundation raising. You can see the full list from our home page and read more about the crew on our About page.

Descriptions and photos on this site are general and show the kind of work we do. They aren't a promise that your job will look or perform exactly the same, because every yard, base and slab is different.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and done at your property, with no obligation to hire us. An estimate is based on what we can see that day, so it covers the size of the job, the finish you pick, the base work we expect and the access we'll have.

Some conditions only show up once the old concrete is out or the ground is open, such as soft or wet subgrade, which is the soil the slab sits on, buried debris or roots. If we find something like that, we'll stop, show you and agree on any change in price with you before we do the extra work.

An estimate is good for the time it states. Material costs move, so after that date we may need to update the price before we schedule the pour.

Scheduling, weather and cancellation

We give you a start date when you book, but concrete depends on the weather. We won't pour in rain, hard freezes or conditions that would weaken the surface, so we may move your date to protect the slab, and we'll tell you as soon as we know.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, call or message us as early as you can. Once materials are ordered or the site is dug out and formed, you're responsible for the cost of work already done and materials that can't be returned, as set out in your written agreement.

We'll tell you how long to stay off new concrete. Curing is the wait while the concrete gains strength, and walking or driving on it before we say it's ready can crack or mark it.

Payment

Your written estimate or agreement sets out the price, any deposit and when each payment is due. Payment is due on those terms, and the final balance is due when the work is finished as agreed.

If a payment is late, we may pause remaining work until it's settled, and you may be responsible for reasonable costs of collecting an unpaid balance where Kansas law allows.

Your part of the job

You agree to give our crew safe access to the work area and to tell us about anything we can't see, like sprinkler lines, buried cables, septic parts or property line questions. You're responsible for confirming where your property lines are.

Your agreement will say who arranges any permit the job needs. Keep people, pets and vehicles off fresh concrete until we tell you it's ready.

Workmanship and what we can't promise

We stand behind our work, and if something isn't right, we want to hear about it so we can make it right. Any written warranty for your job will be in your agreement, and it covers only what it says.

Concrete can crack, and no contractor can honestly promise it never will. We cut control joints, which are planned grooves that give the slab a place to crack in a straight line, but small hairline cracks, slight color differences between pours and normal surface wear aren't defects.

We aren't responsible for damage caused by things outside our control, such as soil movement, ground settling under areas we didn't prepare, poor drainage from other parts of your property, deicing salts, heavy loads the slab wasn't built for or use before curing was done. Apart from any written warranty in your agreement, our work and this website are provided without other warranties, to the extent Kansas law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Premier Liberal Concrete's total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost use of your driveway, rental costs or lost income.

We're licensed and fully insured, and nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Using this website

The information on this site is general and isn't engineering, legal or permit advice for your property. We try to keep it accurate, but we don't guarantee the site will always be available or free of errors.

Text, photos and design on this site belong to Premier Liberal Concrete or are used with permission, and you may not copy them for commercial use without our written consent. Links to outside sites are for your convenience, and we aren't responsible for their content.

Resolving disputes

If you're unhappy with our work or a bill, call us first at (620) 482-9704 and tell us what's wrong. Most problems get fixed faster with a visit to the job than with paperwork.

If we can't settle it together, either of us may suggest mediation before going to court. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state courts serving Liberal, Kansas.

Governing law

These terms and any job we do are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page is the current one. Changes don't affect a job already covered by a signed agreement unless we both agree in writing.

Questions about these terms

If you have a question about these terms or your job, call (620) 482-9704 from 8 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week, or reach us through our Contact page. We reply within 1 business day.
