Thank you for taking a moment to learn who we are. I framed houses for years before I moved over to concrete. I learned this trade working under an experienced finisher, and in 2023 I started Premier Liberal Concrete here in Liberal. Framing taught me that everything built on top depends on the concrete underneath, and I still look at every driveway, patio and footing that way.
Most of our calls come from homeowners and property owners in Liberal and the cities around it, where the weather is hard on concrete and a slab has to be planned for it. Above all, I want you to understand what you're paying for before any concrete arrives. Concrete is hard to undo, so I'd rather spend extra time on the planning than ask you to live with a guess.

The same person from estimate to pour
I come out myself to look at your job and write the estimate, and I'm on site working with our crew when it's built. What you asked for at the visit, like where the water should run or where the steps should land, doesn't get lost on its way to the pour.
Written estimates you can compare
Our estimates spell out what's included and what isn't, so you can set ours beside any other quote and compare them fairly. If a line doesn't make sense, please ask, because I'd rather explain it now than after the concrete is down.
A base built for what goes on it
We plan each slab, footing and wall with the rest of your project in mind, starting with the subgrade, which is the ground the slab sits on, dug out and packed rather than raked level. When a budget gets tight, I'll suggest trimming the finish before the base, because nobody sees the base on day one, but a slab settles with whatever dirt is under it.
Help with the city paperwork
We check with the city's Building and Code Enforcement Department about what your project needs, and we take care of the permit when one is required. Then we tell you plainly what we learned, so you aren't left sorting it out alone.

We're licensed and fully insured. The City of Liberal requires every contractor to carry at least $500,000 in general liability insurance with the city named as certificate holder, so it's fair to ask any contractor you're comparing to show you that.
City business license
Anyone doing business inside Liberal's city limits needs a city business license, even an out-of-town crew that only works here now and then. It carries a $20 yearly fee, so a contractor who skips it is skipping an easy step.
